Depressed and messed up by losing Coral, Jimmy is cleaned up by Jane, and their attraction for each other is rekindled. Lingual comes back from sabbatical, a more mature and attractive woman, and Bob is immediately attracted once again to her. Messed up after breaking up with Charles, Jane goes to Jimmy who then cleans her up. One night when all seems right for both couples to get together, everything gets screwed up. Bob and Lingual have an argument, that causes Lingual to blurt out that Jimmy was a better lover than Bob. Jimmy gets stood up at dinner that night by Jane, because Charles has gotten back together with her. To top the night off, Lingual calls Jimmy over for a huge argument that ends with them bonding, and Bob gets beat up, in a street fight.
