When Masaya (Masu) blames Misao (Ai Mikami) for making many people unhappy by dating Ichikawa, she tells Ichikawa that she likes someone else, and they should part ways. When Ichikawa asks Misao who she likes, she mentions the name of her boss, Deno (Yuki Furukawa) in a spur. Deno is a diligent employee and is kind enough to care about deeply upset Misao, so Ichikawa thinks he is no match for Deno. Meanwhile, Misao is told to go to the hospital as her health deteriorates due to sudden nausea.
