When an evil and persuasive gang leader, Arn Tinker, gives a young 19-year-old gang member, by the name of Whitey, false information about their next robbery, Whitey winds up kidnapping Dulcey. While keeping her in a hidden place, Whitey promises her a safe return, but only after Tinker is arrested and hanged for his past crimes.
