Jacob Cleek has a secret, and when it starts to break to the surface, he must do what he can to stop his world from crumbling. Women are disappearing off the streets. Russel, a recently fired policeman with a connection to one of the victims, searches the city streets, whilst Jacob, a serial killer with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder tendencies, picks out his next victim and goes on the hunt.
